Thank you for choosing to be part of God’s Modulated Miracles Hike Club. We are honored to provide an uplifting, safe, and spiritually enriching hiking experience for all our members. Please read our No Refund / No Return Policy carefully, as it applies to all memberships, event registrations, donations, sponsorships, and merchandise purchases.
By registering, purchasing, or participating in any of our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Membership Fees 🌿

All membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

This applies whether you:

Decide not to participate after joining

Miss hikes, events, or retreats

Choose to cancel your membership before it expires

Once your payment is processed, membership benefits are activated immediately, and we cannot issue refunds.
2. Event & Retreat Registrations 🏔️

All registration fees for hikes, retreats, or special events are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend after registering, you may:

Transfer your registration to another participant (with prior approval)

Apply your payment toward a future event, if such an option is available

If an event is canceled by us due to safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will offer:

A full refund or
-
Credit toward a future event

3. Merchandise Purchases 🎒

All merchandise sales, including apparel, journals, accessories, and gear, are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item is:

Defective
-
Damaged upon arrival

In such cases, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your item, and we will arrange for a replacement or store credit.
4. Donations & Sponsorships ✝️

All donations and sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.

Your generosity directly supports our mission to foster spiritual growth, healing, and fellowship through hiking and nature.
5. Special Circumstances 🙏
While this policy is firm, we understand that life can bring unexpected challenges.

In cases of medical emergencies or serious personal circumstances, please reach out to us

Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but approval is not guaranteed.

By purchasing a membership, registering for an event, donating, sponsoring, or buying merchandise from us, you confirm that you:
