Sponsor Requirements & Partnership Guidelines

At God’s Modulated Miracles Hike Club (“we,” “our,” “us”), we are honored to partner with sponsors and organizations who share our vision of faith, fellowship, wellness, and community growth. These Sponsor Requirements & Partnership Guidelines outline how we collaborate with individuals, businesses, and organizations to ensure that all partnerships align with our mission, values, and spiritual integrity.

By becoming a sponsor or partner, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these guidelines.

1. Partnership Purpose 🌿

Our goal is to create partnerships that:

• Support our faith-based mission to promote healing, wellness, and fellowship through hiking and nature

• Build a strong, uplifting community centered on spiritual growth

• Provide mutual value to both the sponsor and our hiking club through collaborative initiatives

2. Eligibility & Sponsor Requirements ✅

To maintain integrity and alignment with our values, sponsors and partners must:

• Share a commitment to wellness, community, and spiritual enrichment

• Demonstrate ethical business practices

• Avoid promoting products, services, or content that conflict with our faith-driven values

• Submit any marketing materials for review and approval before publication or use

Not Permitted:

• Partnerships with organizations that promote alcohol, tobacco, vaping, recreational drugs, or explicit content

• Sponsors whose messaging conflicts with our family-friendly and faith-aligned environment

3. Sponsorship Tiers & Benefits 🌄

Sponsors can select from our official sponsorship packages:

• Kingdom Pathfinders (Entry-Level Sponsor) — $2,500 weekly

• Legacy Trailblazers (Mid-Level Sponsor) — $3,750 weekly

• Eternal Horizons Patrons (Top-Tier Sponsor) — $5,000 weekly

Each tier includes different benefits, such as:

• Logo placement on promotional materials

• Recognition on our website, social platforms, and event banners

• Opportunities to participate in sponsor-exclusive hikes

• Access to a growing faith-driven outdoor community

4. Partnership Guidelines 🏔️

To ensure a mutually beneficial relationship:

• Transparency: Sponsors must clearly disclose products or services being promoted.

• Consistency: All promotional materials must align with our branding, tone, and faith-driven mission.

• Approval Process: Logos, banners, ads, or merchandise featuring the God’s Modulated Miracles Hiking Club name must receive written approval before use.

• Collaborative Efforts: We encourage sponsors to join us on hikes, events, and retreats to foster deeper community engagement.

5. Sponsor Recognition ✝️

As a valued sponsor, you may be recognized through:

• Event announcements and signage

• Social media highlights

• Email newsletters

• Website acknowledgments

Recognition levels will depend on your selected sponsorship package.

6. Financial & Logistical Commitments 💰

• Sponsorship contributions must be paid in full before benefits are activated.

• Donations and sponsorship fees are non-refundable.

• Additional costs for co-branded materials, event participation, or activations may require a separate agreement.

7. Faith-Based Alignment 🙏

As a faith-centered hiking community, we ask all partners and sponsors to:

• Respect our spiritual practices, including group prayers and meditations

• Honor the family-friendly, Christ-aligned atmosphere of all events

• Avoid activities or promotions that contradict our values

8. Termination of Partnership ⚠️

We reserve the right to terminate sponsorships or partnerships if:

• Activities, products, or messaging conflict with our mission or values

• Sponsorship payments are not received within agreed-upon deadlines

• There is any breach of these guidelines

In the event of termination, no refunds will be issued.
