Sponsor Requirements & Partnership Guidelines

1. Mission Alignment

 

 

All sponsors must align with the mission, values, and community focus of God’s Modulated Miracles Run Club. We are committed to promoting health, integrity, faith-based fellowship, and inclusivity through fitness. Sponsors must:

 

  • Support positive, family-friendly, and community-centered values

  • Operate in a manner that reflects honesty, safety, and respect

  • Not promote or be associated with discrimination, violence, hate, or divisive practices

 

 

 

 

2. Eligibility Criteria

 

 

We accept sponsorships from businesses, organizations, or individuals that:

 

  • Are legally registered and in good standing

  • Provide products, services, or support that is ethical, legal, and appropriate for our community

  • Do not promote tobacco, recreational drugs, adult content, or gambling

  • Are not involved in political campaigning or religious exclusivity

 

 

 

 

3. Sponsorship Tiers & Benefits

 

 

Sponsors must agree to a predefined sponsorship level (e.g., Gold, Silver, Bronze) which includes:

 

  • A financial contribution or in-kind support (e.g., products, services, or volunteer hours)

  • Use of the club’s name, logo, or events in sponsor marketing must be pre-approved

  • Sponsor benefits (e.g., logo placement, social media shoutouts, booth space, etc.) are outlined in the sponsorship agreement

 

 

Custom sponsorship packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

 

 

4. Use of Brand & Logo

 

 

Sponsors may only use the God’s Modulated Miracles Run Club name, logo, or likeness with prior written approval. All promotional content using the club’s brand must be:

 

  • Accurate and respectful

  • Not altered or misused in any way

  • Reviewed and approved before public release

 

 

The club reserves the right to revoke any permissions if use is deemed inappropriate.

 

 

 

5. Conduct & Ethics

 

 

Sponsors and their representatives must maintain professionalism and respect while engaging with our members, leaders, and community. Sponsors agree to:

 

  • Refrain from aggressive sales tactics or unsolicited contact with members

  • Respect member privacy and consent at events or online

  • Act as positive ambassadors of the club at all times

 

 

 

 

6. Termination Clause

 

 

The club reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship at any time if the sponsor:

 

  • Violates the terms of this agreement

  • Acts in a way that conflicts with the club’s mission or community trust

  • Engages in behavior deemed unethical, illegal, or harmful to the public image of the club

 

 

In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.

 

 

 

7. Agreement & Acknowledgment

 

 

All sponsors must sign a formal Sponsorship Agreement Form confirming their understanding and acceptance of these requirements.
