Welcome to the God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering, participating, or attending any Run/Hike Club events, meetups, or activities at any location, you (“you,” “participant,” or “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not participate in our events or use our services.

1. Purpose of the Club

The God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club is a faith-driven wellness initiative designed to promote:

  • Physical health and fitness

  • Mental well-being

  • Community connection

  • Spiritual growth through movement and nature

2. Voluntary Participation

By joining our Run/Hike Club or attending any event, you acknowledge that participation is completely voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically capable of participating in running, hiking, and related activities.

  • We strongly recommend consulting a licensed medical professional before engaging in strenuous physical activity.

  • If you have any underlying medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, it is your responsibility to seek medical clearance before participating.

4. Assumption of Risk

Participation in physical activities such as running, hiking, and outdoor fitness carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Slips, trips, and falls

  • Muscle strains, sprains, or other injuries

  • Dehydration, heat exhaustion, or fatigue

  • Encounters with wildlife or unpredictable terrain

  • Accidents during travel to and from events

By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club, its founders, organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, illnesses, or health complications

  • Property loss or damage

  • Accidents, mishaps, or emergencies that occur before, during, or after events

You participate at your own risk and agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club and its affiliates from any and all claims.

6. Event Conduct & Rules

To ensure a safe and positive environment, participants agree to:

  • Follow all instructions provided by organizers and guides

  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for outdoor activity

  • Stay hydrated and bring necessary gear (e.g., water, sunscreen, first aid)

  • Respect other participants, organizers, wildlife, and nature

  • Refrain from disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the club or event without refund.

7. Sobriety Policy 🚭🚫🍺

The God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club is committed to creating a safe, sober, and supportive environment for all participants.

  • Strictly Prohibited Substances:

    • Alcohol, recreational drugs, vaping, and any illegal substances are strictly forbidden before and during any club event.

    • Participants are expected to arrive clear-minded, sober, and fully capable of safely engaging in physical activities.

  • Medication Disclosure:

    • If you are taking prescription medication that could impair judgment, balance, or stamina, you must consult your physician before participating.

  • Zero-Tolerance Policy:

    • Any participant suspected of being under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or impairing substances will be removed immediately from the event.

    • Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension from the club without refund.

This policy is designed to protect your safety, the safety of other participants, and uphold the faith-driven wellness mission of the club.

8. Weather & Event Changes

Outdoor activities are subject to weather and environmental conditions. We reserve the right to:

  • Reschedule, modify, or cancel events due to safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances

  • Provide updates via email, social media, or our website

9. No Refund Policy

All membership fees, event registrations, and related purchases are non-refundable. Please review our No Return / No Refund Policy for full details.

10. Photography & Media Release

By participating, you grant God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club permission to capture photos, videos, and other media during events, which may be used for:

  • Marketing and promotional purposes

  • Social media, newsletters, and publications

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in writing before attending events.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws

By joining the God’s Modulated Miracles Run/Hike Club or participating in any event:

  • You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation and well-being.
